Part-Time Client Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time professional who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing in multiple areas to support our staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients to our office; Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff
- Data entry and paper filing within the company’s operating system
- Correspond with realtors, lenders, auctioneers and attorneys
- Update internal reports in a timely manner
- Assist closing department with processing of real estate transactions; Schedule closing appointments
- Disburse documents and/or funds to local parties such as realtors and financial institutions
- Basic office duties to be determined
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Minimal travel (within City of Brookings)
Skills Desired:
- High attention to detail while working on multiple transactions at one time
- Efficient oral and written communication
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to make decisions independently, or with a team, while meeting specific deadlines
- Provide reliable, accurate and dependable work
- Desire to work and seek out new challenges, adapt to new or changing requirements
