Part-Time Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time professional who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing in multiple areas to support our staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients to our office; Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff
  • Data entry and paper filing within the company’s operating system
  • Correspond with realtors, lenders, auctioneers and attorneys 
  • Update internal reports in a timely manner
  • Assist closing department with processing of real estate transactions; Schedule closing appointments
  • Disburse documents and/or funds to local parties such as realtors and financial institutions
  • Basic office duties to be determined

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
  • Minimal travel (within City of Brookings)

  • High attention to detail while working on multiple transactions at one time
  • Efficient oral and written communication
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to make decisions independently, or with a team, while meeting specific deadlines
  • Provide reliable, accurate and dependable work
  • Desire to work and seek out new challenges, adapt to new or changing requirements
