Established in 2007, Brookings County Title is a locally owned and operated, full-service closing and title insurance agency. We are one of several affiliate branches throughout the state of South Dakota, providing to you experienced abstracters and closing agents trusted to handle any transaction. We are proud to have our policies underwritten by two of South Dakota’s most highly regarded agencies: Dakota Homestead Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. We are active members of ALTA (American Land Title Association) and SDLTA (South Dakota Land Title Association).
